However, due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns/exchanges based on a change of mind. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- Defective Products: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
If your claim is approved, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Include photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

- Refunds or replacements are not available for reasons related to a change of mind or personal preference.
- Ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to process refunds or replacements for incorrect delivery details submitted by the customer.
Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received evidence of the damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
